Jill Allemang
Jill Allemang was elected President in March 2007. In this role, she leads the Executive Committee and supports the organization in outreach to companies and contacts in the Zurich community.
She is Owner and Managing Director of jallé GmbH, a community-building consultancy that helps leaders of large international companies reach their key stakeholders. Its flagship community, the jallé Six for Yourself Program, role models community-based principles as it helps experienced professionals achieve career and personal growth.
Vice PresidentHelen Palmer
Helen Palmer has been on the Executive Committee since 2007, first as Communications Manager and now as Vice President. Helen can help members manage their profiles in our members-only area on the web site and answer most member-relations questions. She is a Senior Learning and Development specialist in the Business School at Credit Suisse and designs, runs and evaluates global training programmes for Private Banking clients.
TreasurerChristiane Bahlo
Christiane Bahlo started as a Treasurer for PWG in October 2009. She decided to support us with her accounting and organizational skills after joining PWG as a member in July. She has been fascinated by the good, kind and supporting network she found in PWG. In the Treasurer's role, Christiane can help with all questions about membership fee payments and status.
Christiane moved to Switzerland from Germany in 2007 as Head of Education and Development in Accounting for UBS. The role included mentoring and developing of young talents for Accounting and Controlling.
Karin van Santen has served as PWG Events Manager since March 2007. She has been a member of PWG for seven years. Please contact Karin with event ideas and questions about event details.
Karin works at Implenia, the largest construction company in Switzerland, as a Human Resources Specialist. In this role, she serves as a consultant and coach for the employees as well for management. She has worked in Human Resources for over ten years.
Communications ManagerJustyna Klebermass
Justyna Klebermass joined the Executive Committee in March 2009. She is inspired by the spirit of the group and would like to see the PWG network expand. Feel free to contact Justyna with questions and ideas about our web site, advertising and event communications.
After a struggle, not unknown to many PWG members new to Switzerland, Justyna found a position as a Sales and Marketing Manager for a Swiss healthcare company. She is enjoying the Swiss language confusion where French, German, English and Italian are all official company languages.
Interest Group ManagerLeslie Firlie
Leslie Firlie has been leading the PWG Interest Groups since April 2009. In this role, she supports PWG Interest Group leaders and ensures consistent implementation of these networks. PWG members with ideas for new Interest Groups can contact Leslie.
Leslie is Owner and Managing Director of EDEL Consulting GmbH, a telecommunications and IT systems consultancy. Prior to founding EDEL Consulting, Leslie worked for diAx (sunrise) as Network OSS Manager, responsible for an international team of 20 personnel and management of 40 operations systems.
