Annual Summer Boat Cruise on Lake Zürich: 21.07.09
Last evening, with the temperature still near the 30 C mark, close to 90 PWG members and guests met at Bürkliplatz to step on board and take a Summer boat ride on Lake Zürich. We had tables reserved in the middle section of the boat from where we sipped our white wine and enjoyed getting to know each other better. One of our members, described quite accurately the way we felt as the boat circled back ; "I had never toured the lake so fast and left so inspired in such a short period of time.” Later on more than half of us wondered over across the street to the Bauschänzli. We continued, over dinner and under the stars, the conversations that we had started earlier in the evening. Judging from the noise and laughter level I think we all really enjoyed ourselves. The boat ride on Lake Zürich is one of our annual events and a great opportunity to network.
