Managing Change, Dr Lille Springall: 16.04.08

"Without a transition, a change is just a re-arrangement of the furniture." William Bridges Last Tuesday, Lille Springall lead us through the process of change and presented the challenges of the individual steps of the process. She explained why a small change can at times be more difficult to handle than a dramatic one and how external changes lacking an internal counterpart (transition) are merely a "rearrangement of furniture." With a few questions, Lille got us reflecting on how we handle change and offered a basis for the discussion during the buffet-dinner. A great event with 50 members, showing that the change is a hot topic for professional women.
