16.04.08: Managing Change


Last Tuesday, Lille Springall lead us through the process of change and presented the challenges of the individual steps of the process.

She explained why a small change can at times be more difficult to handle than a dramatic one and how external changes lacking an internal counterpart (transition) are merely a "rearrangement of furniture".

With a few questions, Lille got us reflecting on how we handle change and offered a basis for the discussion during the buffet-dinner. A great event with 50 members, showing that the change is a hot topic for professional women.
